Lewis has been looking after my Grandad up until his funeral this morning.

The one thing that we have all spoken about as a family is how respectful Lewis has treat my Grandad and it’s brought us all so much comfort to know that he has been looked after so well.

The support has been absolutely amazing, we were told we could visit the chapel of rest whenever we wanted, at any time. Nothing ever seemed like it was too much trouble.

We wanted to give my grandad a send off he would have been proud of and thanks to Lewis, we were able to do that. It was a really really special day.

I really cannot recommend Lewis enough. This job is so important and as a family you want to get it just right, we were able to do that and more because Lewis thought of some really meaningful final touches.

So thank you Lewis, the day we have all been dreading is finally over and you went above and beyond our expectations and helped us organise a special day that we will never forget and most importantly, that my grandad would have been very proud of
